    Ok, so, disclaimer here for anybody looking at this diet. This diet is for BEGINNERS, and even though people already on the diet can learn a lot from this book who are already on the diet, this book is made, and written, for beginners who wouldn’t know what the Ketogenic even means.

    With that being said, I think this book is an excellent starting point for those wishing to get started with the Ketogenic diet. The instructions are easy to follow and understand.

    Five stars. Would recommend.
